Long <br />%'~~ Dmisron Director <br />FROM: Allen Sorenson <br />RE: Interface shear testing incorporating Carlton Tails and <br />Goldstar Mine material, Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Company, <br />Cresson Project, File No. M-80-244 <br />I have reviewed the results of the above referenced testing and concur <br />with the conclusions reached by the operator and by Golder Associates <br />that incorporation of Carlton Tails and/or Goldstar Mine material as a <br />smoothing agent at the prepared soil liner surface will not negatively <br />impact the stability of the heap based on these test results.
