'~ <br /> <br />DISTRICT COURT, CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER, COLORADO <br />Case No. 83CV11251, Div. 19 <br />-------------------------------------------------------------- <br />MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME <br />CITY OF LAKEWOOD, a Colorado municipal corporation, <br />Plaintiff, <br />v. <br />COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD; <br />COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, MINED LAND <br />RECLAMATION DIVISION, STATE OF COLORADO; and <br />ROBINSON BRICK COMPANY, formerly known as ROBINSON <br />BRICK & TILE COMPANY, a Colorado corporation, <br />Defendants. <br />Defendants Mined Land Reclamation Board of the Colorado De- <br />partment of Natural Resources ("the board") and Mined Land Recla- <br />mation Division of the Colorado Department of Natural Resources <br />("the division") through their attorney, Duane Woodard, attorney <br />general of Colorado, and pursuant to Colo. R. Civ. P. 6(b), re- <br />spectfully move the court for an order extending to January 31, <br />1984, the time in which defendants may file a pleading in re- <br />sponse to the complaint in this matter, and as grounds therefor, <br />these defendants state as follows: <br />1. The Complaint was served on the board and the divi- <br />sion on December 20, 1983. <br />2. The undersigned counsel for these defendants must <br />confer with them prior to filing a responsive pleading in this <br />matter. <br />3. The board is next scheduled to meet on January 25, <br />1984. The undersigned expects to confer with the board about <br />this case at that meeting, and requires a short pericd of time <br />thereafter to complete the board's responsive pleading. <br />
