Finally, in his <br />"732" letter dated June 5, 1996, then Western Regional Coordinating Center Director, <br />Richard Seibel informed DRMS that they would have to potentially revise their program <br />in four distinct areas -Statute; Definitions; Permitting Requirements; and Performance <br />Standards. Surprise, surprise the discussion regarding 30 CFR 817.121 (c) (5) can be <br />found under the performance standard section! <br />Gentleman, I believe that more than 10 years of attempting to educate you as to <br />what your job entails and as much time in prodding you to actually perform that job is <br />enough.
