17. Origin - original permit agreement 1981. <br />Status - On-going. <br />The applicant shall survey the stockpiles, backfilled areas, <br />and operational pit utilizing appropriate survey techniques once <br />each 12 months, in order to verify that the operations are <br />achieving the approved post-mining topography. The results of the <br />survey shall be submitted to the Division annually. <br />18. Origin - original permit agreement 1981. <br />Status - Terminated. <br />Within 180 days of permit issuance, the applicant shall submit <br />design information for the proposed temporary overburden <br />stockpiles. This information shall describe the geometry (height <br />and slope angle) of the stockpiles and the method of placement of <br />the material. <br />19. Origin - Permit renewal 1986 <br />Status - Terminated - 3/20/89 <br />In brief: CEC shall submit to the Division, a revegetation <br />composite soil sample to determine fertilization requirements. <br />20. Origin - TR 13 <br />Status - On-going <br />Ash material at the Keenesburg Mine must be buried a minimum <br />of eight feet below the final post-mining reclaimed surface. <br />21. Origin - TR 13 <br />Status - On-going <br />Ash material at the Keenesburg Mine must be buried a minimum <br />of five feet above the projected post-mining water table. <br />22. Origin - TR 13 <br />Status - On-going, addressed in TR 19 and MR 08, monitoring <br />results in AHR <br />Ground water quality samples must be collected from adjacent <br />landowners to the north of the Keenesburg Mine site prior to the <br />disposal of ash at the mine site. Ground water data must be <br />submitted tothe Division within 30 days following laboratory <br />analysis. Water saaples must be analyzed for all paramteres <br />sampled for during the paste extract analysis of ash samples plus <br />all paramters included in sampling of quarterly water quality <br />
