<br />RULE 2.05.6 MITIGATION OF THE IMPACTS OF MINING OPERATIONS: <br />9) Text in this section refers to the Huntington and Crawford irrigation ditches that are depicted on Map C- <br />3. Please label these ditches on Map C-3 and indicate the sections of [he Crawford Ditch which are <br />lined with PVC. <br />10) The last paragraph on page 2.05.6-2 indicates that the Mark Crawford and John Crawford residences <br />could suffer damages due to subsidence, however, there are no studies indicating what the structures are <br />and what condition they aze in. Additionally, no mention of how these two sites get drinking water nor <br />how the effects of subsidence might disrupt this service. The performance liability for the site has been calculated at $109,723.00. The actual <br />reclamation cost at this time is less than the estimate due to the mine removing some obsolete <br />structures since this estimate was prepared. <br />Midternt Review -King Coa!
