Please check one below and return this eft form with your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. CD /a7 $5.00 per disk DVD @ 520.00 per disk Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation insvuctions. Computer requirements to use the DMG document imaging CD (or DYD): i. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or ocher imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software, 2. The CD or D VD that you purchase must be in the rive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif tiles on your computer that will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs arc called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer' or "Paint" and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DMG has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be dow•nloadcd from IrfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanV iew", it needs m be configured as your default .df viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Previeav" and "Imaging for Windows". Insiructions- I. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from [he wmputer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. S. You are ready to view the Perini[ Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program does h'OT work, }•ou will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at vvww~.minine.state.co.us. The Permit File document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMC office or they tan be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/D V D purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD. DMG cannot provide comouler related support.
