The applica-
tion was made for 110 acres of permitted area, but the two blocks
totaled only 105.5 acres, leaving 4.5 acres available for the
access roads. As the plans have developed, neither of the proposed
roads is to be used at this time. The most desirable route is slang
an old existing ranch road. We will upgrade the road to a single
lane haul road, and the road will then be left for ranch use at the
close of mining operations. At same future date, the possible Access
Route will be used for hauling. The two roads will total 3,200 feet
in length, and at an average width of distttrbed area of 50 feet, 3.7
acres of disturbance, well within the 4.5 acres of permitted aria
available.
Thus, Ideal hereby requests a Technical Revision for approval o:E the
haul roads as shown. ) 1
Sincerely,~C~~~~'''L'~~ ,(`~~e PaFS]Si~(~' /(emu/uV~~u
~~ / r/7ccc'g'S K®u~E' TY1~»r /4E
P.
