Division <br />Sun Coal thanks you for your August 1 letter outlining the permitting necessary <br />to tum over the loadout to Eilts. He had asked Sun to leave the mine site as is for <br />his use. <br />To our knowledge, there is no plan to use the loadout so it would not fit either <br />the county or OSM demand for use or approval of an alternate land use. <br />Sun Coal will pursue the sale, removal and reclamation of the eleven acre site. <br />Sincerely, <br />Bryan J.
