The DSH only worked l4 hours as shown on the Equipment <br />rental sheet. All mad maintenance wodc was completed as directed by I Rinnc of the Coal <br />Program as well as the trash removal, standpipe repair, road base installation and riprap <br />placement per~'1eldDirective #Iand Change Order #L The SD.c.y. nftoad haseas.specified <br />under Item #S only was spread out over an approximate 240 lineaz foot stretch versus the <br />approximate SDOl£ as unshed, hut_the~nal resultaccomplished what wasneeded onJheaccess <br />road comer in question.
