A minor revision should be provided which <br />identifies any such road surfacing materials and provides a <br />plan for disposal. The revision should be submitted by <br />November 15, 1995. <br />4. Amended Rules 4.03.1(1)(b), 4.03.2(1)(b), and 4.03.3(1)(b) <br />require that prudent dust control measures be taken, on all <br />roads, to ensure compliance with Rule 4.17. Permit <br />applications which do not currently address dust control <br />should, at a minimum, incorporate measures required in the <br />operation's air emission permit into the DMG permit by <br />reference.
