Very
little activity has been observed on the site since April. Reclamation is to
be completed in the West pit this spring. Since this pit has already been
backfilled with approximately 75% of the estimated total amount of overburden
required for it's reclamation, the Division does not feel that it would be
appropriate to utilize this pit for mine waste.
Since the current reclamation work is being performed under a Mined Land
Reclamation Board Order, no changes to this plan, including delay of
reclamation, can be made without the Board's approval.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact Brian Munson or me.
Sincerely,
,~,~~,~ d
Gregg R.
