Steve will help Randy w th the plan <br />and I also offered for BLM. THE KEY is to get it done a d get it to <br />Roger D. at CDH! (see CDH letter to Oswald of 9/28/94 <br />-Bob covered the implications of the DMG's Violation a d Cease and <br />Desist Order and the requirements for the permit bou daries. Two <br />deadlines are Oct. 20 and Nov. 21, 1994 for cer ain issues <br />specified in the orders to be resolved. Fred indica ed he could <br />meet them with the required responses and completed w rk on time. <br />-The existing permit reclamation plan is to be revi wed by BLM <br />staff, updated if necessary, and made applicable to the entire site <br />including BLM lands. We discussed run on-run off issue and agreed <br />those need to be covered in the clean up plan. i <br />-BLM can issue a right of way for the road, electri ity, and if <br />necessary, run on structures that must remain on publi land after <br />the equipment is removed from the trespass site. We do of want any <br />BLM land within the permit area nor be required to monitor the <br />
