Mr. Trevor Jiricek of Weld County Health requested two copies for his
department.
We believe that the testing results presented in the Work Plan indicate that the proposed pilot
project can be completed with minimal liability to all interested parties. The benefit of this
carefully monitored project will be invaluable insofar as it will provide reliable real world data
from which governmental agencies and private industry can evaluate disposal options for coal
ash, which is a national issue. We hope you concur with our opinion.
If you have any questions regarding this letter, please contact me at (970) 493-7780.
Sincerely,
CGRS.
