The undersigned First Assistant Attorney General of the
State of Colorado Department of Law, moves for Admission Pro Hac
Vice for the sole purpose of moving for Relief from Stay on
behalf of the Director of the Division of Labor, Colorado Depart-
ment of Labor and Employment and for any other matter related to
the Directors involvement in the captioned case. Pursuant to
