Condition 3. The lessee/operator shall conduct coal development sad mining
operations only sa described in the complete permit application
package as updated sad npproved by the Co lorndo MLRD, ezcept as
otherwise directed is the conditions added to this mining plan
approval.
Condition 4. The lessee/operator shall comply xith the terms and conditions
of the lease sad the approved mining plan, sad the requirements
of the Colorado Permit number C-81-O1B issued under the Colorado
State program, approved pursuant to the Surface Mining Control
and Reclamation Act of 1977 (30 U.S.C. 1201 et neg.).
Condition 5. This mining plan approval shall be binding oa nay person
conducting coal development or mining operations under the
approved mining plan and shall remain is effect until
superseded, cancelled or rithdra~m.
Co adition 6. The lessee/operator shall alloy the authorized repreaeatatives
of the Secretary, sad the Colorado M7.RD, rithout advance notice
or a aenrch warrnat, upon preaeatntion of appropriate
credentials, sad rithout delay to:
n. Rave the rights-of-entry provided for is 30 CFR 842.13, 43
CFR Group 3400, and C.S.R. 34-33-101, Rule 5.02.3; and
b. Be accompanied by private persona for the purpose of
