My July 12th <br />letter posed eaeveral questions to Mr. Keffelew - to date <br />neither, Mr. Kaff'e]ew nor you have responded to same. Please <br />note that whets this: matter goes to trial Basin will be <br />questioned as to who required the wording "baffle as <br />needed". if the sworn testimony is that this requirement <br />was added by DMG, we will seek legal recourse against the <br />State, and Mr. Ieffelew individually. I advised you .many <br />months ago that the State was making a mountain out of a <br />mole hill.
