The ore stockpile to which my letter
referred lies generally to the southeast of the mill building,
rather than to the northwest. The properties involved were
accurately named.
It has been intimated to us that this stockpile of low-grade
ore has been "abandoned." This is clearly not the case, for the
following reasons:
a. There is no intent to abandon; and
b. There is no act evidencing such an intent.
The key factual points which would clearly bear upon such an
inquiry are as follows:
1. This material was processed from the Cash Mine dump in the
summer of 1988 and moved to its current location.
Processing operations on the dump ceased on August 3, 1988.
seen\18ndf
