In addition to commitments of record in this proposal, pre- vious conditions of approval and commitments of record, when itiot modified by this amendment, remain 1n full effect, and further including additional information submitted by Western Paving s;on- structlon in documents of file dated April 22, 1917, and Apri'! 2T, 1977. 2. Finalization of the agreement between ~,Jestern Paving Con- ' struction Company and Boulder County for dedication of a trail easement before presentation to the Board of County Commissioners. 3. Finalization of the agreement between ;•Jestern Paving Construc- tion Company and the St. Yrain and Left Hand Water Conservancy District and approval of same by the State Engineer before presenta- tion to the Board of County Commissioners. 4.
