BANTA, Olreetor <br />DATE: August 24, 1988 <br />T0: Cathy Begej <br />FROM: Susan Mowry <br />RE: Public Liability Insurance Coverage <br />I have done some checking into Western Associated Energy's umbrella insurance <br />policy to provide coverage for Blue Ribbon, Red Canyon and Snowmass mines. <br />I believe submission of one policy to cover 3 distinct permits may be <br />inappropriate. In addition the policy amount is not equal to 3 times the <br />minimum coverage specified in Rule 2.03.9. I have asked Mike Long to request <br />that Frank Johnson look into this further.
