All piping to the boiler system is open to plain view and no <br />evidence of any leak appears. Since this is a single pipe radiator system <br />the re b el valves put off water at several radiators and i.his explai„s Liu <br />need to replenish water in Lhe boiler. All of this speculation of a leak <br />is conclusively put to rest. by iiie fact that tlci.s house is on city water <br />and no evidence of a,Iy lea;c iu reiieci.ed in Lhe ~ne~er ~eadiny or water <br />pressure in the house. <br />2. Your observation that the drain line out-fall is somehow at fault <br />is also not correct. This pipe exits the basement and goes down-slope to <br />a lower hayfield that is at lea:;t 10 ft. lower than the sump pit where a <br />buried leach line puts the water into the ^oil down-slope and sway Irom <br />the house. Where did you come up with these inaccurate or untruthful <br />observations about this line? <br />DAh1AGE TO ADORE STRIJCTURE <br />1. No evidence exists that any surface water ponding exists around <br />the rntire building perimeter as you state. The lawn that surrounds the <br />house doesn't bear out this statement. <br />2.
