As a follow-up to the Division's letter of March 6, 2003 from Cazl Mount to you;. in that letter it was.
stated that you would send additional subsidence and aquifer information to the Division within a
month. On Mazch 7, 2003 we received a fax from you which provided additional information for TR-
__ 20. In the fax you also stated "Natural Soda, Ina plans to provid~DMG by May 1, 2003; copies of
the latest Mining and Monitoring Plans, rock mechanics studies....."
For the record, the Division will not have a problem with receiving this information by May 1, 2003.
