Permit Application 1fC-037-81. <br />lr'6 - An original "Certification" prepared by Greet Divide <br />Engineering & Surveying has been sent to the State ~fLRD <br />dated February 3, 1983, which indicated that the 13ewlin <br />Creek crossing has been constructed in accordance with <br />the design requiremenCS. <br />1f8 - Enclosed please find a copy of the letter issued to GEC <br />Pinerals, Inc. from Cooperative Extension Service, Colo- <br />rado Stale Universi[}', March 2, 1983 verif}'ing that Eour <br />soil samples were taken from GEC's "North Pit" area and <br />sent to the Colorado State Universit}• for anal}•sis on <br />Februar}• 8, 1983. The results should be returned any <br />time. however, as soon as these results are available, <br />GEC [gill submit them to the State MLRD immediately. <br />1112 - A letter has been sent to the State PILRD by the property <br />owner, W.D. Corley, Jr., dated January 7, 1983, indicating <br />that the Tipple will remain intact in the event that GEC <br />should cease use of that Tipple or cease to lease the <br />property.
