This decision is based on a finding that the proposed opera- <br />tion will comply with the requirements of the Colorado Surface ,9i Wing <br />Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 1973, 39-33-101 et. ser,., and the Rules promulgated <br />thereunder. <br />The finding of compliance, and the stipulations which are a part of this <br />approval, are included in this docum.=nt. <br />The permit cannot issue until bond ha.s been hosted. <br />
