Ms. Fraser and Mr. Tatman: <br />On April 13, 1992, the Mined Land Reclamation Division received your amendment <br />application (AM-001) for the Cash Mine, Permit No. M-83-141. It has been <br />determined that it is inadequate under the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act <br />(C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seg.), and the associated regulations. <br />The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be <br />considered: <br />Application Form: Anew application form must be submitted under the <br />permitted operator and signed by legal representatives of both <br />companies.
