Please check one below and return this form with your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. Computer requirements to use the DMG document imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A progrem called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your wtnputer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future uu of this oc other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD drat you purchase must be in the Dt drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif sc~c~nsion. There needs W Ire an image viewiag application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multi-page documems. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not work with QttickView. The Imaging Viewer that cornea with pmWindows XP computers does work. DMG has dearmined that a program called "hfanView", which can be downloaded from ItfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IxfanView", it needs to be configured es your default .cif viewer. DMG dose not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's rbspomibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such es "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". InstrucNona: 1. Insert the CD inro your compuur. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD ftotn the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the eampnar. S. You ate ready to view the Pemtit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autonm, which rune the QuickView ~ setup program, has also been copied W this CD. If the AuWnm program does NOT work, you will need to manually ittstall the QttickView progtrtm. The Permit File document Images can be viewed in the receptlan area of the DMG ofike or they can be purchased on a CD or DYD. The CDlDVD purchase coat covers the tlme and labor of making the CD. DMG cannot provide computer related sunerort.
