This property is owned by Mr. Mike Thompson, and is rented by Anita Emos, and is to the north of the Lorincito Coal Co. This home was built in the early 1900,s and is an adobe with stucco for the exterior wall covering. The home is located on the South side of the highway 12. This home is a one story home, with a 3/4 dirt floored basement. The foundation is made of concrete and cinder-block, and the crawl space is excessable through the basement. I found no evi- dance of cracking or separation, from anything other than normal settleing of the house, and there was no moisture in trusion on the wails or floor. There was only two hairline cracks found in the exterior walls, which T found to be normal for the age of the house. One hairline crack was on the west center side of the house, and did not run for more than 16 to 18 inches along the wall. The other crack was along the south side window off of the bottom left side and it ran approx. 14 to 16 in<-hes down and to the left of the window. The interior walls are all tape and textured except for the back utility room and it is paneled with acoustical ceiling.I found only one hairline crack above the front bedroom entry door on the right top side. This crack was approx. 4 to 6 inches long and was normal for the age of the house. The flooring is hardwood covered and in good repair, I Eound no evidance of cracks of separation. The residents Holy complaint was the heavy black dust in the afternoon, which she believes is causing her headaches most re- cently, and also that the blasting is occurring sometimes late in ttte evening. This property is also on city water tap with no water well on site. This concludes and completes my evaluation, if anything else is needed, please let me know what you may require. Thdnk o~, i - ~.
