-. - <br />(6) The schedule of the property to be transferred and <br />a list of Transferor's creditors may be i~lspected at the Transferee`s <br />offices at 1776 Lincoln Street, Suite 910, Denver, Colorado, or <br />1875 Larimer Street, Suite 800, Denver, Colorado. <br />(7) The transfer is not to pay existing debts, with <br />the possible exception of'Transferor's indebtedness to Mercantile <br />Bank at Dallas in the approximate principal amount of $285,000. <br />(8) The transfer is for new consideration totaling <br />approximately $349,000 (or, if the debt referred to in Paragraph (7) <br />is not assumed and is paid in full by Transferee, approximately <br />$634,000); the exact amount of the purchase price will be deter- <br />mined based upon prorations of various items to be conducted by <br />Transferor and Transferee immediately prior to the transfer. The <br />transfer is to take place at the closing, which is presently <br />scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on March 31, 1982, at 2900 First of Denver <br />Plaza, 633 Seventeenth Street, Denver, Colorado 80202.
