The ore will be stockpiled in one area and the waste rock stockpiled in another area.
Uranium, vanadium, and their byproducts, are toxic materials at certain concentrations.
There is a reasonable potential for these toxic materials to exit the permit area and/or
adversely affect human health, property, or the environment. If you have evidence to the
contrary please send it to the Division.
Pursuant to Rule 7.2.4(1)(a) the Office shall meet with the operator to discuss the pending
designation. If you will give me a call we can work out a date and time that will be
convenient for both of us.
If you have any questions give me a call.
Sincerely,
James Dillie
Environmental Protection Specialist
M:10WiumU\ dau.jd
