This deadline passed on July 8, <br />1982. However, as operations at the Canadian Strip Mine have not yet disturbed <br />any topsoil in the new lease area, the Division is willing to accept the <br />request, in your letter of July 9, 1982, for a deadline of August 10, 1982. <br />From discussions with Mike Savage of the Division staff, it appears that agree- <br />ment has been reached or is very near in the revegetation success stipulations <br />(18, 29 and 20). Wyoming Fuel Company should contact the Division in order to <br />formulate acceptable responses to these stipulations. A working session <br />meeting should be arranged before the end of July.
