The 1984 report entitled "Effects of Runoff or Seepage <br />from the Schwartzwalder Mine Waste Rock Piles o~n the <br />Water quality of Ralston Creek, Jefferson Count:r, <br />Colorado" by Robert Otto, consultant. <br />9. The 1993 and 1994 Monitoring Reports submitted i.o the <br />Radiation Control Division, Colorado Department of Public <br />Health and the Environment under Cotter Corporation's <br />Radioactive Materials License. <br />It should also be noted that the Radiation Control Divisi~~n of the <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment holds an <br />approximately $2.1 million bond on the ore sorter facilit~~ and the <br />water treatment on site. These two facilities are closely <br />monitored by the Radiation Control Division as part of Cotter <br />Corporation's Radioactive Materials License.
