All trails con- <br />structed during the program will be rehabilitated immediately upon com- <br />pletion of activities and all stockpiled topsoil/subso.il will be returned <br />to the disturbed area prior to seeding and finally a1i areas of surface <br />disturbance will be seeded with approved seed mixtures per N77-48. In <br />the event significant ground water is encountered while drilling, cementing <br />and site rehabilitation will not be initiatEd until after sufficient data <br />is obtained for GEC ground crater ar:alysis study. Cementinc, shall be done <br />in accordance vrith the Rocky Mountain Area Abandonment Requirement. <br />2.02.2(2)(h). As stated in G[C's approved mining permit k71-48 covering <br />local government approval, other permits and licenses, statement of com- <br />pliance with federal rules and regulations, as well as current permit <br />applications, including 2,03.3 format and supplemental information and <br />2.03.5, Compliance Information, indicates that the area includes the pro- <br />posed drilling area which GEC plans to mine during the next five (5) years <br />and has not.been designated as unsuitable for mining, nor is this area apt <br />to jeopardize the continued existence of an endangered or threatened species <br />pursuant to Section 4 of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16U.S.C. 1533) <br />or the Nongame, Endangered or Threatened Species Conservation Act (Section <br />33-II-101 et. seq.
