Between the third party <br />sampling and cost of anaysis, the monitoring is currenty costing about 34,000 <br />per quarter.. Many of the parameters have always been below detection limits, I <br />it doesn't appear the mill be operating again until at least the summer of 2000. <br />I believe that it is in ITEC's (and DMG) best interest that we file for temporary <br />cessation on both the Cash Who-Do Mine and the Gold Hil! Mill permits. ITEC <br />Mineral. seems tie be cbse to bringing in other financial partners, but even if they <br />do, gold prices are way to low for us to operate. We would need to have about <br />3315 gold to justify a restart of operations. <br />Therefore, I am including an official notice to temporarily cessation, pursuant to <br />Rule.1.13.5.
