1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing on the Application for Payment of <br />Administrative Expenses for all former non-bargaining employees of CFBcI Steel Corporation <br />who were terminated on Mazch 3, 1993, filed with the court on April 2, 1993, will be held <br />on the 6th day of July, 1993, at 9:00 a. m. before the Honorable Judith A. Boulden, Judge of <br />the United States Bartla-uptcy Court for the District of Utah, Central Division, Frank E. <br />Moss Federal Courthouse, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, in room 341, or <br />such other room as may be designated by the Court. <br />2. Grounds for the relief sought are set forth in the Application filed with the court. <br />3. The hearing noted above has been set to allow the passage of at least five (5) days <br />between the date of the service of this Notice and the date of the hearing. Federal Rules of <br />Bartlazrptcy Procedure, Rule 2002(a). <br />4. Any objections should be filed no later than two (2) days prior to the date of the <br />hearing. (Ban1Q. D. Ut. Rule 523.) <br />5. Be advised that the action intended and the relief sought in this Application may <br />be granted without a hearing, unless timely Objection is made (Banta. D. Ut. Rule 523.) <br />6. This Notice of Hearing is given pursuant to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy <br />Procedure, Rule 2002(a), 9006, 9007, 9013, 9014 and 9019; and Bankr. D. Ut.
