Most were probably one over one double <br />hung wood sash. Large picture window opening on east aide. <br />20. Doors: Main doorway on south end of east elevation. Back door through center o[ west elevation. <br />21. Porches: None <br />22, General Architectural Description: Structures 3 and 4 are small residential cottages that <br />have been added onto and joined on their west aides. Both appear to have measured 22 by 28 feet, oriented <br />generally east to west, originally. A aeries of shed additions on their west sides have extended them an <br />additional 10 feet. Hoth originally had simple hip roofs through which dormers have been added, making <br />them both LS~i stories tall The roots are now covered with sheet metal. Structure 4 is covered with clapboard <br />siding. The original simple hip roof of the structure has been modified into a crossing hip pattern with a <br />small gabled dormer projection to the west near the center of the roof The main entry into the cottage is on <br />the south end o[ the east elevation; a large picture window is on the north end. A rear entry ie through the <br />center of the shed addition on the west side. All oC the windows have been removed Crom the structure. Two <br />modified window openings are present on the south elevation, two are left of center on the west elevation, <br />and one ie right of center on the north elevation. The condition of Structure 4 is poor. An opening beneath <br />the house on the north side shows that a major floor joist is broken. Some rot of roof elements on the north <br />Bide of the structure was also noted. In addition, the interior of the structure hoe been gutted. <br />FUNCTION <br />23. Current Use: Nono <br />24.
