Technical Revision concerning Permit Application <br />#CO-37-81. <br />#1 A copy of the letter has been sent to *.he State <br />MLRD, dated April 20, 1983, which was issued to <br />GEC Minerals, Inc. by the Fremont County Commis- <br />sioners regarding the County Road #94 :o be used <br />by GEC for proposed haul road for the iherokee/ <br />Pittsburgh lease area. <br />#2 A complete copy of the Revegetation Plan for <br />Cherokee/Pittsburgh Lease - Phase I area is <br />enclosed, which recommendation that trial plots <br />be used with different species under the existing <br />conditions. This plan also provided seeding equip- <br />ment to be utilized, the appropriate date for seed- <br />ing, and the Vegetative Inventory Plant list as well. <br />#3 GEC Minerals, Inc. currently has a $550,249 per- <br />formance bond filed with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division for the operation.
