Reorganized CF&I Steel Corporation ("Reorganized CF&1"), together with the
other reorganized debtors in these cases (all of which, including Reorganized CF&1 are
collectively re(erted to as the "Reorganized Debtors"), by and through their wunsel, Ray.
Quinney & Nebeker and Choate, Hall B Stewart, move the Court (or a preliminary order in aid of
consummation of Debtors' and Railroad Trustee's First Amended And Restated Joint Plan O(
Reorgamza[ien Dated December I, 1992 with respect to the distribution of proceeds held in trust
in connection with a prescription drug program for the berrefit o(retirees of the Reorganized
Debtors In support of this Marion, the Reorganized Debtors represen[ the (ollovring.
On November 7, 1990, CFRI Steel Corporation ("CF&I") and its mne (9)
subsidiaries (collectively with CF&I are referted to as the "Debtors") filed for protection under
Chapter I I of the Unfired States BaNwptry Code.
The Debtors thereaPrer filed Debtors and Railroad Trustee's Firs[ Amended
And Restated Joint Plen OfReorganuation Dated December I, 1992 ("Debtors Plan").
On February 12, 1993, the Court signed and entered its Order Confirming
Debtors' And Railroad Trustee's First Amended And Restated Joint Plan O(Reorgenization Dated
December I, 1995 (the "Confirmation Order") Debtors Plan as wnfirmed by the Confirmation
Order is htteinafler referred to as "Debtors Confirmed Plan".
This Court has jurisdiction o(this matter pursuant to 28 U.S C § 1334, 28
U.S.C. § 157(6)(1) and (2)(A) and (0) and the following provisions oCDebtors' Confirmed Plan:
