I am writing to you, to issue a formal complaint against Aggregate Company for unfair treatment. My problems started the month of Mazch 2002, when the well at my-establishment wem completely dry. I had opened my business on Friday, Match 22, 2002 and had mdnimal running water by the end of the night. I contacted a plumbing service (Lbctor Watez Well) on Saturday, March 23, 2002 to find out what the problem was while still trying to conduct business. Doctor Water Well did a temporary service so we could have normal Ruining water, however, we closed the business two hours early because the water was at a trickle. Doctor Water Well did disclose the source of my problem, it was the well outside of my establishment that went dry and why I no longer have normal rutming water. He also stated the well wem dry because of the gravel pits located west of my establishment -Highway 65 vicinity. I had to close my business on Smtday until I was able to install a new well. On April Sv', Doctor Water Weli did come again and fxed th.e water again, temporarily. Due to the nature of my business and my source of income we had to immediately hire a contractor, R 8z R Well & Pump to install a new well in the same month, Apri12002. At this timeframe, I also received a letter from Aggregate Industries advising Aggregate was not responsible for wells being drained at my location. As of today, I am still struggling to clear this problem of four years and have yet to resolve it. Unbeknown to me, my neighbors surrounding my establishment had the same problem and were wmpensated by having new wells installed; please review attachment. My question to you is why are They able to receive assistauce in ensuring their well was installed in an expedited manner without question and I have not received any assistance at all. I am formally issuing a complaint of unfairness. I am at this point still zesolving this issue while dedicating time, energy and money to fix this problem that could have been corrected if Aggregate Industries the leading offender had worked with me at the beginning.
