As of this week, it was <br />learned that Forest. Lakes has ceased all of their operations, <br />including the ski area, horseback riding, lodge, grocery <br />store, etc. <br />Doesn't the law state that after mining operations are ceased over <br />o ne year, the operator is required to restore the land in <br />accordance with the terms of the permit? <br />Sincerely, <br />M.
