Re: Delta Sand and Gravel Plant site in Paonia, Colorado
Dear Sirs,
This letter is to verify that the Paonia Plant site and
aggregate yard of Delta Sand and Gravel Company existed and was in
operation before the adjacent mining operation came into existance.
Material used in concrete production and sold as roadbase or other
constuction aggregates was brought into this location from sources
other than the mine described in MLR Permit #M-77-22. I was the
plant manager at this location in 1975.
