You have indicated that you use these roads for various purposes, that you have <br />been inconvenienced by the damage, and that you believe the damage poses a potential safety <br />hazard for yourself and guests you may bring onto the property. At the same time, however, you <br />have repeatedly directed Mountain Coal Company not to repair to the roads. Obviously, we <br />cannot address your concerns and at the same time abide by your order that we leave the roads as <br />they are.
