Specifically, the areas where reclamation activities will
occur are within Sections 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12, Township 13
South, Range 90 West, and within Section 28, Township 14 South,
Range 92 West, 6th P.M. Reclamation work is scheduled to begin
on or after July 1, 1989.
A significant portion of the required reclamation work involves
the removal of all surface facilities, structures, equipment,
materials, parts and supplies associated with the mining oper-
ation from all affected areas. All persons or parties having an
ownership or security interest in any of these items must remove
them from the site no later than June 30, 1989. Any items
remaining on the site after this date will be removed and dis-
posed of by the Division as part of the reclamation work. Any
salvage value associated with remaining items will be used by the
Division to offset the costs of reclamation.
