~ s • <br />1 <br />6. Water wells. There will be no water well on site. <br />7. Disposal of coal processing waste. When crushing activities have been c~[q~leted, <br />the site will be cleared of coal waste or spills, if any, and the waste material <br />will be hauled to the mine site for burial in the pit. <br />8. Disrhame and sediment control structures. There will be no dischan7e or <br />sediment control structures. <br />9. Air pollution control measures. An air eiaission permit, No. C-13,009 (FD) has <br />been issued for the portable crusher. <br />10. Fish and wildlife protection. The site is part of a larger railroad siding <br />formerly used by another mine company. It has a history of heavy human impact <br />(m;n;nq, railroad use). Because of this and its small size and location abutting <br />the main north-south road from Walden through North Park, it will not pose a <br />threat to wildlife. <br />11. Slide areas. The relatively flat topography precludes concern about slides. <br />12. Nearby underground axl mines. None are in the imrediate vicinity. <br />13. Reclamation. Upon ocnq~letion of crushing activities, the portable crusher will <br />be removed, any coal waste or spills which may be present will be retroved, and <br />the area will then be returned to its approximate current condition. No topsoil <br />will be stripped at this site because the land is now strewn with cinders. <br />The site will be left in good condition to continue its present use as a rail <br />siding. <br />14. Prime farmland. The load out facility is located at a rail siding. No prime <br />farmland is inwlved. <br />2 <br />
