<br />(a) In accordance with Provision II, TERM of the Mining Lease identified in Block 8
<br />above, and as requested by Lessee's written notice dated 1/20/84
<br />,
<br />the term of the tdining Lease is extended for a second ten-year period, to coot ude
<br />on 4/18/94
<br />(b) Provision III, DEFINITIONS, of the Mining Lease is amended to include as part of
<br />the definition o the term "Commission," the United States Energy Research and
<br />Development Administration, the United States Department of Energy, or any other
<br />successor to the United States Atomic Energy Commission.
<br />(c) The other provisions of the (dining Lease, as may have been amended or revised,
<br />are unchanged.
