AT(05-1)ML-60.8-C-SR-11 <br /> EXHIBIT D <br /> MINING PLAN <br /> Surface Facilities <br /> The surface facilities will consist of two buildings, one approxi- <br /> mately 40 ft. x 80 ft. x 18 ft. which houses the shop, warehouse, change <br /> room and office. The other (approximately 20 ft. x 30 ft. x 12 ft. ) <br /> building will house the compressor and electrical generator. The ore <br /> storage and waste dump will be in close proximity to the surface buildings. <br /> Potable water for the mine facility will be hauled by truck and <br /> distributed to the building through a Colorado Department of Health <br /> approved system. Wastewater will be disposed of through an approved septic <br /> tank system and leach field. <br /> All refuse and solid waste which cannot be buried within the lease <br /> boundaries will be transported to the municipal land fill at Egnar. <br /> Electrical power will be provided by a diesel-powered 100 KVA gen- <br /> erator producing 480 volts for surface and underground. <br /> Development <br /> Entry to the central ore body on the C-SR-11 lease block will be <br /> provided by a conventional 9 ft. high x 11 ft. wide decline driven for <br /> 1 ,380 ft. at a -10°% grade. This decline development will be done by <br /> conventional drill/blast techniques and using rubber-tired load/haul/dump <br /> equipment and trucks for material removal . Ground support will be steel <br /> -4- <br />
