As we discussed,
Rimrock Coal Company may lease Raton Creek's Santa Fe loadout from
Landmark, Inc., which in turn may lease it from Energy Fuels.
However, the following items need to be submitted:
1. Energy Fuels Mining Company must send a letter to this Division
telling us that the Raton Creek Mine is coming out of
Temporary Cessation into active status, that the Raton Creek
loadout has been leased to Landmark, Inc., and that Energy Fuels
accepts the entire reclamation liability for disturbances at the
loadout.
2. Rimrock Coal Company must send a letter to this Division telling
us that it will lease Raton Creek's Santa Fe Loadout from
Landmark, Inc. In addition, copies of the lease from
Energy Fuels to Landmark, Inc. and the lease from Landmark, Inc.
to Rimrock, must be sent to the Division.
If you have any further questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
Dom?.
Joseph ~.
