The application discusses post-mining land use of the <br />main haul/access road. Within one year of permit issu- <br />ance, the permittee will submit analyses of those areas <br />of continued slope instability as well as those areas <br />which do not then meet design criteria. A plan for the <br />stabilization of these areas will be submitted within <br />the one year period. <br />Stipulation No 12: <br />B. The application discusses post-mining land use of Pit #4 <br />haul road. Within one year of permit issuance, the <br />permittee will submit analyses of those areas of con- <br />tinued slope instability as well as those areas which <br />do not then meet design criteria.
