Based on my <br />understanding of the issues that OSM will include in their Issues <br />Letter, I believe we will be able to make minor changes and provide <br />satisfactory responses in relatively short order, and I expect OSM <br />will be able to proceed with publication of final approval as <br />outlined above. I also expect that we will be able to complete the <br />State Rulemaking in the shortest time allowed under the State <br />Administrative Procedures Act (approximately three and one-half <br />months). <br />I am not aware of anything that Mr. Wilson might be able to do to <br />speed up the approval process, but I would encourage him to submit <br />any comments he might have in regard to the revised amendment <br />proposal to OSM/AFO. We can provide a copy to him when it is <br />available.
