Rule 4.20 Subsidence Control <br />No potential for subsidence exists at the site, thus no control plan is required. <br />XXI. Rule 4.21 Coal Exploration <br />Coal exploration is not a part of the permit, thus [he subject of Rule 4.21 is not applicable to the <br />permit. <br />XXII. Rule 4.22 Concurrent Surface and Underground Mining <br />Mining has ceased at the site, and there aze no plans to re-initiate mining. In any event, there was <br />no concurrent surface and underground mining at the site. The subject of Rule 4.22 is not <br />applicable to the permit. <br />XXIII. Rule 4.23 Auger Mining <br />There was no auger mining at the site, and none is planned. Thus the subject of Rule 4.23 is not <br />applicable to the site. <br />XXIV. Rule 4.24 Operations in Alluvial Valley Floors <br />The Division concurred in the conclusion that there is no alluvial valley floor on the site [PAP, <br />Section 2.06.8, page 130]. Thus the subject of Rule 4.24 is not applicable to the permit. <br />XXV. Rule 4.25 Operations on Prime Farmland <br />The Division concurred in the conclusion that there is no prime farmland within the permit <br />boundary [PAP, Section 2.04.12, page 100]. Thus the subject of Rule 4.25 is not applicable to the <br />permit. <br />XXVI. Rule 4.26 Mountaintop Removal <br />No mountaintop removal operations aze associated with the site. Thus the subject of Rule 4.26 is <br />not applicable to the permit. <br />XXVII. Rule 4.27 Operations on Steep Slopes <br />No operations on steep slopes aze associated with the site.
