SHELTON Director 110 Annual Fee Letter August 2, 1983 Section 34-32-11U(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that, "...the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Uperations.
