Portions are presently authorized by BLM, Montrose District <br />under Temporary Use Permit (TUP) CO-030-TJ-78-6; the expiration date of <br />the permit is January 12, 1984, Special Stipulation ~4 of CO-030-TU-78-6 <br />states that CWI will request by letter to the authorized officer (BLM) <br />that the TUP be converted to a long-term lease under Section 302(a) of <br />FLPMA.
